My recent company has a program for gratitude. Each employee can offer notes of gratitude to another colleague for a job well done. I’m proud to say that I’ve received many emails of thanks over the 8 years I worked there. The Gratitude program started just 2 years ago. Here are some of my Gratitude notes:
