Candidate Assessments

The Challenge

My client has a group of recruiters needed to measure candidates’ knowledge before placing them on a construction job.

The Solution

• Salesforce email template.
• A collection of Microsoft Forms for candidate assessments.
• A collection of Power Automate workflow to provide the assessment results to the recruiters.

The assessments are based on specific trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, etc. There are a total of 10 assessments each in English and Spanish.
